Great lightweight radio harness May 9, 2014
Reviewer: Nathan from San Mateo, California
Just got a chance to use this harness. I was at a drill and was wearing it for 10 hours straight. Very comfortable. It holds my Motorola talkabout in the small pocket and my Cobra cb radio in the large pocket.
It is built very well and looks like it will last. My only complaint is that the pen pocket is to short, if it was 3/4 of an inch longer it would fit my pen much better.
Still a great product

Very Nice...With One Flaw February 24, 2013
Reviewer: L C from Albany, CA
This harness serves it purpose very well. It holds my XTS500 radio, Garmin GPS (I have had no problems with the GPS pouch.) And in the main pocket I can carry a compass, Streamlight penlight, Write in the Rain, ect. The only major issue I see with this product is it can not accomodate larger radios. The stock shock cord is not stretchy enough to hold my XTS5000. I emailed Coaxsher and they gladly sent me a stretchier shock cord, free of charge (and a free sticker!)

Bottom Line: If you want an exellent, low profile radio harness, and you dont mind a little modification, then this harness is for you

Coaxsher response:  This shock cord issue has been resolved and taken care of for all future radio chest harness owners...

I Hate Mine June 22, 2012
Reviewer: Fred from Southern California
I've had it for several years now.  The only way the radio holster will hold a radio without toggling switches is to slide the antenna through the loop of the strap.  Fine, but very awkward to get in/out if you have a long antenna.  The GPS/cell holster won't hold anything worth a darn.  The velcro strap is skinny and at least in my case, does not hold anymore.  Even when it does, the GPS slides out on one side of the strap or the other.  My GPS is CONSTANTLY falling out (yeah I have a tether on it so I don't lose it but it's an annoying pain).  The pen/pencil holder won't hang onto any writing utensil.  Lean over and it's gone.  I can't tell you how many pencils I've lost.  I've had it - I'm getting a different one.  Thing unfortunately is more annoying than helpful.

Well designed chest pack November 25, 2011
Reviewer: ssisnowpower from Park City, Ut
I have owned mine for several years now. Having owned other brands I like the way this one fits my body. I work at a ski resort climbing lift towers and making snow this is the best chest pack I have used yet. Although the bunjie strap broke about a year into my adventures I like it to much to part with it for repair. I highly recomend it for people who need to keep their radio and essentals on their person at all times. It great cus I can take my jacket on and off or shed layers and its always with me.

The pack has been the best piece of equipment September 30, 2010
Reviewer: Anonymous Person
I will certainly be pushing the group members to check out your radio chest pack. The pack has been the best piece of equipment that I constantly use for any SAR activity. Again, let me say that you've got a great product and I'm extremely pleased with mine! Good luck in the future.
