Sewing Wildland Fire Clothing - 3 Day Weekends (Positions available at both Entiat and Chelan Falls Locations)
Coaxsher Inc. Worldwide Brand that builds Wildland Firefighting clothing and backpacks. Growing company looking for long term team members. Casual manufacturing environment that follows Lean Manufacturing practices. Our products are used by first responders around the world and been featured in National TV shows.
Full time position, Monday through Thursday with 3 day weekends.
Starting wage $15.74 an hour.
Incentive pay program available after 90 day probation period is completed. Based off attendance, production output, and longevity of employment; average total pay could go to $16.00 - $20.00hr.
Applicants with commercial sewing experience could start with a higher wage.
Link Bus transport will also be provided, bus stop is right in front of building (Entiat WA location).
Job Description:
Commercial sewing machine operator. Includes sewing clothing and/or backpack accessories. This is mostly a position where you are operating various commercial sewing machines. Attention to detail is very important, for upholding Coaxsher's high standard of quality. You can wear your headphones and listen to music/audio books while working. Coaxsher will provide all of the necessary training to work with commercial machines and to learn the building process of our products.
Additional duties include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, attention to detail, manipulating small fabric parts.
